Look for the method that returns you the most loot per hour played. Normally that is Greater Rifts of a level that you can clear in under 5 minutes. Edit: You could play in a party and someone would most likely drop one if they get one. Since ramaladni's gift can't be obtained via gambling or cube, the fastest way to farm this is to maximize your legendaries per hour.
